THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION: STARTING AT $13-15/HR
We are currently seeking individuals to assist in our cleaning contents department!
Duties: Participate in warehouse/contents process cleaning.
- Packing, unpacking, moving of contents and furniture (must be able to lift 70-75 pounds).
- Driving to project sites.
- Inventory of furniture/contents prior to moving.
- Inspect furniture/contents and reporting damage prior to moving.
- Wrapping furniture.
- Loading and unloading of truck.
- Cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection of personal property.
- Inventory and labeling of personal property.
- Cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection of structures.
- Operating mechanical equipment.
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment (safety and cleanliness).
- Each day may be different so need to be adaptable. Work longer hours when a job needs to be completed that day.
- Moving packed contents (furniture and boxes) into storage
- Utilize customer service skills.
- Maintain a professional/clean appearance.
- Must be able to lift 70lbs consistently.
- We are a 24/7/365 company so candidate must be flexible with work schedule.
- Must be willing and able to work in hazardous conditions (Respirator fit test and hazardous training provided).

Restoration Helper:
THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION: STARTING AT $13-15/HR
We are currently seeking individuals to assist our lead restoration technicians in water, fire, & mold services. Will train the right person; room for advancement!
- Must be able to follow directions.
- Assist in setting up drying equipment and monitoring equipment and affected areas and materials.
- Extract water from flooded structures.
- Remove damaged materials such as flooring, drywall, and cabinets.
- Clean and maintain all tools, equipment and supplies.
- Additional Duties as needed.
- Utilize customer service skills.
- Maintain a professional/clean appearance.
- Must be able to lift 70lbs consistently.
- We are a 24/7/365 company so candidate must be flexible with work schedule. (On-call 1 week/month)

Lead Restoration Technician:
THIS IS AN INTERMEDIATE LEVEL POSITION: We are currently seeking individuals to lead our water mitigation teams in restoring homes and business affected by water damage.
Duties:
- Knowledge of disaster restoration industry
- Retrieves work orders, ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job, arrives to work site
- Completes assigned jobs according to company processes and carrier standards, maintains quality control, manages technician(s) assigned to job
- Performs daily monitoring and required activities on all active jobs to residential and/or commercial customers with a sense of urgency
- Completes sketch and scope sheet for estimate, complete drying records using mobile software
- May train new technicians or key operational team members
- Ensure safety standards are being followed during all active jobs
- Valid Drivers’ License and satisfactory driving record
- Strong verbal and written and communication skills
- Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
- Experience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone
Qualifications/Experience:
- Utilize customer service skills.
- Maintain a professional/clean appearance.
- Must be able to lift 70lbs consistently.
- We are a 24/7/365 company so candidate must be flexible with work schedule. (On-call 1 week/month)
- Certifications are preferred, but not required:
- ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician
- FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician
- OCT – Odor Control Technician
- WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician
